This upcoming class series will cover the most significant biochemical causes of aging and disease, and teach you how to live 100+ years with a healthy body and mind, regardless of your genetics. AND how to make any necessary changes stick and love the process.

CLASS 1: Making change WORK and carbohydrate intolerance:
So what if you know the rules, if you won’t follow them! We are creatures of habit, so how do we break those habits?!? Learn the five steps the brain must go through to achieve the change you want.

Carbohydrate intolerance is the number one reason that most people are overweight. If you would like to lose weight, and slow the aging process of every cell in your body, this is a must see. People with optimal carbohydrate metabolism DO NOT get chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancer. That is not my opinion; I will show you the research that proves you have complete control over your health destiny. People with poor carbohydrate metabolism are destined to suffer with the many complications of uncontrolled blood sugar, such as vision failure, poor circulation, fatigue, and weight gain. I promise it doesn’t mean avoiding pleasure!!

CLASS 2: The law of attraction in action and inflammation.
Do you realize that what you focus on you get more of? “Oh, no! I can’t stop thinking about how poor, overweight, and unfortunate I am!” Learn how focus and attention changes your reality. Can you love something you currently hate (mine was green beans, and I do love them now!). Changing your mind, changes how you see and experience life, and what life brings to you.

Inflammation = Imagine the chemicals of an ankle sprain, those that cause pain, swelling, and immobility…imagine those chemicals flowing through your arteries to feed your muscles, your heart, your brain, causing muscle pain, fatigue, brain fog. Imagine those chemicals activating your immune system, causing asthma and allergies, and other autoimmune diseases. You have complete control over these chemicals, whether or not they are there, irritating and damaging important organs and tissues in your body. Take control of inflammation and put allergies, pain, and inability to focus behind you.

CLASS 3: Self Esteem and Detoxification.
Learn the six components of self esteem, and how to “exercise” every one until you “LOVE YOURSELF!!” No…not arrogance or pride, a true love of YOU, unconditionally.

Everyone is on a detoxification program. Your liver, kidney and skin are cleansing your body of the chemicals you make, ingest and absorb every day. The question is… how effectively is this taking place? Many women are estrogen toxic, leading to PMS, weight gain (especially hips), and female problems such as polycystic ovaries and endometriosis. How do we get rid of these hormones effectively so that you can feel great? What about lead, mercury (have you seen all the press on mercury in fish?) or aluminum (associated with dementia). How do we clear our bodies of these toxic metals? What about chemical fertilizers and pesticides? What about food additives, flavorings, and colorings. How do we stay “clean” in such a toxic environment?

CLASS 4: Anti-Aging and Longevity; Consciousness, Connection and Faith.
The average American has 64 years of healthy life. The average American spends 13 years disabled, either partially or totally unable to care for themselves. Obviously we need to be above average to live a healthy 100 years. We can learn a great deal from those who have done it. There is a growing group of healthy 100 year olds, and you better know what they are doing right. Hint: it doesn’t matter who your parents are, although it is important. It has much more to do with what you do than who you are.

Consciousness, connection and faith are the link to modern miracles. Are there miracles today? Well, if you saw them every day, on every corner, they wouldn’t be miracles, would they? Yet there are miracle healings of cancer, and every disease you may have heard of happening…discover what “miracles” have in common?

June 21st 6:30pm-8:00pm "Pain and Motivation"

This class will discuss the area of the brain called the Amygdala (AMG).

Why do you care about the AMG? Well, for one, it is the center that deals with fear. Do you have any fears? Not the fear that you probably should feel when someeone drifts into your lane on the highway, but the nagging fear that creeps into your decision making process, negatively impacting your life and experience.

People who are most affected by "over-firing" or over stimulation of the AMG tend to lack motivation or the desire to change. They tend to take comments negatively or see the negative in situations or experiences. They are the opposite of the "rosy" colored glasses wearers. They seem to see only blue.

AMG people tend to hold on to guilt and sadness, and have a low or suboptimal self esteem. They also tend to have a feeling of hopelessness in their life or certain circumstances.

They also tend to be the people with PAIN!

If you struggle with PAIN, or want to make sure you don't end your life in pain, then you want to know all you can about the little AMG.

The AMG functions subconsciously, but the intensity of its effects on your life can be lessened by looking at your conscious VALUES.

Values are what you are moving toward and what you are moving away from. For example, you may be actively moving toward LOVe... a healthy supportive partner. At the same time you are even more aggressively moving away from rejection... NO in any way, shape, or form. THAT can be a values conflict!

All our values have rules attached to them. Those rules can either support you or hold you back. Using the same example, if you are actively moving toward love, but in order to feel love you must receive 6 phone calls a day... you may be in for some PAIN.
