The Ultimate Health Formula

What if there was a mathematical formula that could simplify achieving health, or even simplify understanding most chronic disease. A mathematical formula that could be “for sure,” just like regular math. You know…2 plus 2 always equals 4, no matter how or who is doing the calculating. Wouldn’t that eliminate all this health related confusion?? For instance: “I take this pill to be healthy and then find out it’s harmful (NSAIDs, Vioxx, etc), I was told fat is the devil, and then they say eat all this fat, etc.” Who here is confused?? The only absolute “science” is math, so let’s do some calculations…

Ok, health equals 100% life in every cell.

The life of each cell is dependent on “activation” of the cell, which means the cell will receive stimulation and respond to that stimulation. This is really the “use it or lose it” concept. If you have cells, like muscle cells that are intended to squeeze, stretch, pull, etc. and you do not use them, they “atrophy;” that is, they wither away! If you have cells that are used for learning, and you do the same job, watch the same TV, sit on your same butt, etc; those cells will eventually wither away as well.

The life of each cell is also dependent upon adequate fuel supply. Fuel in human cells refers to oxygen, carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. Healthy fuel refers to a food that provides all of these components. (Lately, our country has eaten too many carbs, and not enough of ANY of the others.)

There is certainly some confusion here…the “math” gets confusing…and math can get confusing (I did take calculus), but it always straightens out if you keep looking at it. Math is numbers and there isn’t 2 ways to interpret 5 times 3. So lets keep looking.

If our fuel needs all these components, we can look at the components in different foods, and we can figure this out…mathematically!

So what has all of these??? The only answer is WHOLE FOODS. Foods provided by nature (God), as close to nature (God) as possible. Veggies, fruit, natural meats and dairy products, whole grains, spring water, nuts, seeds, and beans are the foods that qualify. Processed and refined products do not qualify. That includes processed flour and cereal, pasta, sugar, as well as processed dairy and meats. Even veggies are processed, robbing them of nutritional value through canning and preserving. Sure, still better than a donut, but doesn’t qualify as a “whole” food.

So far we have HEALTH (LIFE) = ACTIVATION + FUEL. That seems pretty easy. One more addition…or rather subtraction.

Toxic load subtracts from health. Toxic substances are not food, and require their own notation. This doesn’t only refer to “toxic waste,” but anything that has to be metabolized out of our body. Things such as heavy metals: mercury, aluminum, and lead. Things such as pesticides and herbicides. Things such as artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. Also consider exposure to household cleaners, paints, some carpets, treated wood, etc. All the chemicals that we breathe, eat or absorb will subtract from HEALTH. What if we smoke, drink alcohol, and take medications regularly. Yup, those are considered in this class too. The great news is that our body has a built in “clean up” system that will metabolize these drugs and chemicals…to an extent. For example, we can all take one Tylenol, and some of us could take ten without noticeable damage, but most all of us would die if we took ten bottles of Tylenol. So we have a bit of “give” with this one, but the point still holds…if you consume, imbibe, or otherwise intake toxic chemicals and drugs faster than your body can metabolize them, it will subtract from your health.

HEALTH (LIFE) = ACTIVATION + FUEL – TOXICITY

It is just that simple!
