Secret #1: Stillness builds stability, stress resilience, respect for boundaries, and incredible focus! That's why the masters practice horse stance for so long!  

Stability is the first thing you lose if you don't have a daily practice! You must train stillness to restore stability, or you will injure yourself trying to move (exercise)! But that's not the only reason to train like a warrior.
Stillness builds: stress resilience by holding in discomfort of your muscles stretching and burning. Focus by monitoring each position of your body. Teaches you healthy boundaries by testing the limits of your body, where discomfort becomes pain (and breaks you down!) so you stay in your growth zone!  (Stay in the safe zone until you get the feel!)
If you want to succeed (feeling, moving and looking better!), start with stillness like the warrior masters have taught for centuries! I have dozens of unique stances and holds that I recorded for you to follow! (100+ Minutes of TaiChi on your BED! That's 10+ completely unique 10 minute practices! And we haven't even gotten to standing stances like horse stance!)

Secret #2: You must move your body in full ranges of motion. (In directions I never even thought of!) Not only for your muscles and joints, but for your organs and glands too!

What is Warrior Training Like?

Warrior Training is like meditation that makes you feel strong. Relaxed but your muscles are pumped up like you had a great workout! 
I struggled with meditation - but counting 12 breaths and pressing up as high as I comfortably can, makes it easy to find complete focus. It requires your focus, to press a little higher with each breath.  

Training your mind to focus, and shift attention, checking position of feet, knees, elbows, etc. Practicing thinking about what you want to think about, instead of worries or self doubt! 

When you hold a stance, you'll feel how proper positioning and breathing allows you to bend and move easier. (But it's totally ok if you lose focus, you'll droop and your body will bring your mind back. It's part of the challenge, to see how many breaths you can count without your mind wandering!)
You hold at your end range of motion, pushing against your own body tissues resistance, but gently, and slowly breathing. So for 12 breaths, you are very still. 

Stillness drives energy into the body and stretch relieves stagnation - poor circulation, energy and nerve flow. Very healing! It's as close as you can get to reversing the aging process of your body. 

By pushing toward your breaking point (but not past!) and enduring the discomfort for longer and greater intensity, you build massive stress resilience! (You never have to endure more than mild discomfort! Just stop at "mild" and hold - you will naturally build resilience and go further in your daily training.)

Result: you can take more stress, calmly, but know your limits and refuse to hurt yourself. You focus your mind on what you want (effectively now!), so you're happier and more fulfilled in your life. Your body moves, feels, and looks better!
How to get that result? Press play and follow along. I timed the holds for beginners, so by the time you have the movements memorized, you'll be ready for longer holds. I have over 100 minutes of Tai Chi in BED, so you will love learning these movements in a slow, gentle meditative way
